- Animals are not allowed on the beach at any time between May 1 and September 30.
- Skateboards are not permitted on the Boardwalk.
- Bicycles are allowed on the Boardwalk as follows:
- Memorial Day through Labor Day-2:00 am to 10:00 am
- May 1 through Memorial Day, and then Labor Day through September 30, holidays, Springfest, Sunfest, Saturdays and Sundays-2:00 am to 12 Noon
- Anytime October 1 through April 30
- Roller Skates/Blades are allowed on the Boardwalk as follows:
- On weekdays, April 1 through Memorial Day and then after Labor Day through September 30 between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Holidays, Springfest and weekends from April 1 until May 15 from Sunrise to 12 Noon.
- On weekends, holidays and Sunfest May 15 through Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day until September 30 from Sunrise to 10:00 am.
- Anytime October 1 through March 31
